Shortly after I completed a B.S. in Outdoor Education at Western Washington University, I started teaching computers for an Apple Specialist computer store in Bellingham, WA. Twelve years later I find myself working in the Gainesville and Ocala area. Between now and when I started, I've taught at a Community College, a Technical College, a computer store, various large and small group settings and too many in home training sessions to count.

There are two hats I wear: technician and educator. Depending on what you are needing, I can wear either or both.

If I am wearing my educator’s hat, you can expect patience and respect from me wherever you are on the learning curve.

Here are some of the things I have skills in:

Onsite training & support

Pre-purchase consultation

New computer set-up

Upgrades

Troubleshooting

PC to Mac migration

Wireless Networks

Software & some hardware

Backup & Security

Specialized Apple support

Website consulting, setup and support

If any of this sounds interesting, give me a call and we talk about where you are at and see if I might be able to assist you with your Macintosh computer.
